Türkel Fair Organization will organize the 3rd edition of Eurasia Rail- Rolling Stock, Infrastructure and Logistics Exhibition next year; for which we have been working on it intensively for the last 5 years.
The third edition of Eurasia Rail- Rolling Stock, Infrastructure and Logistics Exhibition, recently UFI approved event which is set to be organized between 07-09 March 2013 at Istanbul Expo Center (IFM) will open its doors to domestic and international, private and public bodies in the rolling stock industry.
We started the journey in Ankara on 2011 and it was continued in Istanbul with the attendance of international giants from the industry. In 2011, a total of 118 international and domestic companies from 20 different countries; and in 2012, a total 188 companies from 21 different countries attended our exhibition. In 2013, we expect more than 300 companies to exhibit in this “can’t miss event.”
Mr. Binali Yildirim, Minister Of Transportation, Maritime Affairs, and Communications made the opening of the exhibition; Mr. Süleyman Karaman, General Manager of T.C.D.D (Turkish State Railways); Mr. Ivaylo Moskovski, Minister of Transportation of Bulgaria; Rozymyrat Begendikoviç Seyitkulyyew, Deputy President of Turkmenistan; Bayram Annameredow, Minister of Turkmenistan Railways; Mr. Jindrich Kusnir, Director of Railway Department from the Ministry of Transportation of Czech Republic; Mr. Ioannis Petropoulos, General Manager of ERGOSE, the subsidiary of Hellenic Railway Organization, and senior officials of Russian State Railways participated at our exhibition.
The exhibition at Istanbul Expo Center (IFM) organized on 2 halls in 2012 will expand by 40 % in 2013 to a total of 3 halls. According to the audition report of Deloitte, 16.844 professional registered visitors visited the exhibition in 2012.
For the 2013 edition, Türkel Fair Organization already confirmed various buyer delegation groups with intensive work to visit our exhibition from the Russian Federation, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, South Africa, Iran, Iraq, Spain, Romania, Greece, Turkmenistan, the United Kingdom, Austria, Germany, Serbia, Italy, Belgium, France, Azerbaijan, Georgia, and Republic of China.
The 3-day exhibition; the products and the technologies will be presented and in addition the event will host the invited key buyers, professional buyers from the industry, and the buyers from our country.
The concurrent conferences and seminars moderated by Prof. Dr. Mustafa KARAŞAHİN hosting domestic and international speakers will distinguish the exhibition as one of the most important exhibition in its region.
During the exhibition, there will be seminars and presentations of the speakers not only from Turkey but also from Germany, Spain, Holland, the United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Italy, and Republic of China.
The expected numbers of exhibiting companies will double this year compared to the first exhibition that has been organized in Ankara. National pavilions from Germany, the United Kingdom, Russian Federation, Republic of China, and Czech Republic will be present at the exhibition. In addition to that, Ministry of Transportation, Maritime Affairs, and Communications, T.C.D.D (Turkish State Railways), Tüvasaş (Turkish Wagon Industry Inc.), Tülomsaş (Turkish Locomotives & Wagon Industry Inc.), Tüdemsaş (Turkish Railway Machines Industry Inc.) and Istanbul Ulaşım A.Ş. are the official exhibitors and supporters of the exhibition.
Industry giants including Siemens Mobility, Bombardier, CAF, Talgo, General Electric, Alstom, Hyundai Rotem, Dimetronic, Ansaldo Breda, ABB, Voith Turbo, Arcelor Mittal, Schnieder, ZF, and Knorr Bremse and many others have already reserved their exhibition space for the event which will be organized between 07-09 March 2013.
Support from the German Government to the fair in Turkey
The German Government has recently announced that it will financially support the German exhibitors which will attend the 3rd Eurasia Rail: Rolling Stock, Infrastructure and Logistics Exhibition in Istanbul. The fair set to be organized in Istanbul Expo Center (IFM) between 07-09 March 2013 expecting more than 250 domestic and international companies. German Government supports 250 exhibitions worldwide in 2013 and 3rd Eurasia Rail which has been organized by Türkel Fair Organization is in German Government’s portfolio. The organizers pointed out the importance of financial support from Germany which will lead to the maximum number of exhibitors and visitors to the one and only rolling stock exhibition in Turkey. 33 German exhibitors had attended the 2nd Eurasia Rail. In the 2013 edition of the fair, it expects an 100% increase at the number of German companies with a total expected number of more than 60 Germany oriented exhibitors.
About the event
The third edition of Eurasia Rail 2013: Rolling Stock, Infrastructure & Logistics Exhibition will take place between 07-09 March 2013 at Istanbul Expo Center in Istanbul, Turkey. It is the one and only railway exhibition taking place in Turkey. The exhibition space will double in 2013 and it will be organized on 3 halls plus the main foyer. It is expecting more than 250 exhibitors with 20.000 visitors on 15.000 m2 gross area. This will make EURASIA RAIL the largest railway exhibition in Eurasia region. In addition, EURASIA RAIL 2013 will provide its exhibitors and visitors with conferences, seminars and presentations with speakers from overseas.
Eurasia Rail 2013 is the can’t miss event for domestic and international rolling stock professionals and is rapidly climbing the global trade show ranking day-by-day.
