Transport and Logistics '2014 / Logistics Engineering '2014

The Belarusian Transport Week, organized by the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus with Technics and Communications, JSC, will be held in Minsk (Republic of Belarus) on October 7-9, 2014.
Belarusian Transport Week includes the International Specialized Exhibition "Transport & Logistics '2014", International Specialized Exhibition "Logistics Engineering '2014" and the Belarusian Transport and Logistics Congress.
The Belarusian Transport Week plays a crucial role in development of the transport infrastructure and the logistics system of the Republic of Belarus and the neighboring states, assists in bringing in innovations and investments, and helps grow the scope of international transportations.
Due to active building of logistics centers in the Republic of Belarus, the Belarusian Transport Week will host the "Logistics Engineering" specialized exhibition on the technologies of design, construction, and equipping of logistics centers.
Over 125 companies from 15 countries of the world (Belarus, Russia, Ukraine, Moldova, Kazakhstan, Lithuania, Latvia, Poland, Austria, Germany, Belgium, Sweden, Iran, etc.) participated in the "Transport & Logistics '2013" and "Logistics Engineering '2013" exhibitions. At that, over 40% of participants were from abroad. The participants of the exhibition demonstrated all types of the state-of-the-art transportation systems and auxiliary equipment; technologies and equipment to design, build, repair and maintain various types of transport communications; shipping and passenger transportation services; supply chain management systems; information and support systems for transport means and logistics. Transport and logistics centers, international companies and ports presented their services. In addition to individual company stands, the exhibition hosted the joint stand of the Klaipeda State Sea Port and port companies (Lithuania), and the National Exhibition of Latvia.
Under the umbrella of the forum, there was the Belarusian Transport & Logistics Congress; at the congress, global development trends of transport and logistics centers, creation of modern logistics centers, growth of transportation and transit business and corresponding services, attracting of international cargo flows were discussed.
