Equipment and Technologies for Oil and Gas Sector at the Siberian GEO-Forum and Oil-Gas-Chemistry-Mining Exhibition.

The set of exhibition projects – the largest of the exhibitions related to this sector behind the Urals – will be held on March 12 to 14, 2014 in the Siberia International Exhibition Business Centre. 


Today the city of Krasnoyarsk is the center, where companies apply the new technologies and equipment in the field of exploration, production, refining of oil and gas. One of the largest training centers – the Siberian Federal University – has been created here. Large investment projects – Angara-Yenisei Cluster, Development of deposits of the Lower Angara region, Oil and gas fields in the north of the region development – are implemented and realized here. All this makes the exhibitions held in Krasnoyarsk attractive for exhibitors, visitors, and the sector specialists. This is an effective way to promote the latest products and technologies in the oil and gas industry market not only in the Krasnoyarsk region but in the country as a whole.


It is expected that more than 100 companies from Russia and abroad will take part in the exhibition, and this number will include the leading manufacturers and suppliers of the most up-to-date oil and gas equipment, geodetic and geological exploration equipment, as well as the largest companies dealing with the extraction and processing of raw materials. The organizers estimate the prospective number of industry professionals visiting the upcoming exhibition as more than 2 000 people. For comparison, last year the number was 1 656 people.
The outdoor exposition will represent the park of the latest technological equipment, which will show the drilling machinery, equipment for construction of wells and pipelines, oil and gas extraction. The exhibition halls will demonstrate the modern surveying and navigation equipment.


A series of specialized seminars and roundtable meetings for specialists of the branch enterprises will be held within the exhibition framework. During the congress the participants will touch upon the issues of rationalization of process of extraction and processing of natural resources and the prospects of the industry in Russia and the region.


It is worth noting that in 2013 the exhibition gathered 96 participants from Russia and foreign countries, such as Belarus, China, Germany and Moldova. The exhibition area covered 3 000 square meters, and about 1 000 square meters of outdoor open exhibition space presenting the machinery.


The number of visitors reached 1656 people (specialists from 455 companies) from various regions of Russia (Moscow, Nefteyugansk, Kurgan, Surgut, Vladivostok, Krasnoyarsk, Khabarovsk, Smolensk region, Taganrog, Neryungri, Penza, Yekaterinburg and other regions). 


The Oil-Gas-Chemistry-Mining set of exhibitions will be held in Krasnoyarsk, SIBERIA International Exhibition and Business Complex on March 12-14, 2014.
