Inter-TRANSPORT Events Programme 2013

 


Dear Sirs,

the organizing committee is preparing the 12th Exhibition & Conference “Inter-TRANSPORT” to take place in Odessa from the 29th till 31st of May 2013. The Event is included into the plans of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Permanent International Secretariat (BSEC PERMIS). The Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine and Odessa Region State Administration are coordinating the Forum. It is being held under the support and with the participation of the European Union. Traditionally the Conference programme and exposition are being formed under the support and with the active participation of Association of the Black and Asov Sea Ports (BASPA), Ukrainian Ports Association UKRPORT, association UKRVNESHTRANS, Association of Freight Forwarders of Ukraine, Register of Shipping of Ukraine, Odessa National Maritime Academy, Odessa National Maritime University, Association “Union of Port Operators”.  

In 2013 in the framework of “Inter-TRANSPORT” there will be

- the XIIth International Exhibition on Transport Infrastructure Development “Inter-TRANSPORT”;

- the XIIth Conference “The Black Sea Area Transport Network: Complex of Communications between Europe, Asia and other Continents”;

- in the framework of the International Transport Week “Inter-TRANSPORT” there will be  

  • International Freight Forwarders’ Day;
  • meeting of the International Black and Asov Sea Ports Association (BASPA) Council;
  • meeting of the Association of Ukrainian Ports “UKRPORT” Committee;
  • round table discussions;
  • workshops.  



In 2012 at the XIth International transport conference more than 55 reports were presented which caused lively discussions and professionals’ direct dialogue. 150 Conference delegates - leaders of the transport industry from 15 countries have adopted an official Address to the international institutions and governments of the Black Sea region, in which they made offers as to the transport links further development.

More than 156 companies (Ukrainian – 112, foreign – 44) companies from eighteen countries – Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Spain, Bulgaria, Italy, Hungary, Germany, Belgium, Austria, Spain, the Netherlands, UK and Poland took part in the Exhibition in 2012. The visitors had an opportunity to get acquainted with the last achievements in the manufacturing of cargo handling equipment and transport means intended to facilitate the port infrastructure development. One of the leading successfully developed profiles of the Exhibition is hydrotechnical construction. Newly established profile dedicated to the grain market logistics and transport infrastructure “Agro-LOGISTICS” is being developed.

The exhibition was visited by more than 1,000 specialists. According to the attendees’ and events participants’ registration data base, the majority of visitors were experts from 27 countries.

We would like to invite you to consider the possibility of participation in the Exhibition & Conference “Inter-TRANSPORT” in 2013.

We believe that the Event is the important instrument to solve the transport policy practical tasks and to develop transport infrastructure.
