The shipping industry needs to be prepared for potential restrictions in order to prevent the further spread of the 'Wuhan' coronavirus, advises a leading maritime law firm.

From April, the Ocean Alliance NEU 5 service handled by EUROGATE Container Terminal Hamburg – CTH is being transferred to Antwerp. This service will be run by the Ocean Alliance Partner, CMA CGM as FAL 3 with an approximate annual volume of 150,000 TEU.

2020. Frank Smet, Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) of Hamburg Süd, will be going into retirement at the end of March after roughly 27 years with the company.
