Netlog, a major Turkish logistics provider with operations in Europe, the Middle East and North America, has chosen the IRU RoadMasters platform to improve driver talent management.

Aiming to increase efficiency and better focus training and operational costs, Netlog’s new programme, slated to begin in August, will assess its international drivers and help the company recruit new drivers.

IRU RoadMasters helps logistics operators recruit, retain and manage key workers, especially commercial drivers, with state-of-the-art assessment tools based on international standards.

Netlog operates transport and supply chain services with 91 warehouses, with a 1.2 million square meter storage capacity in total, and 4,000 vehicles in nine countries, employing over 12,000 people including over 1,000 drivers.
