ITAW Cargo S.A.C. collaborated with fellow XLP member, Cardinal to move a compressor for the Howden Compressor Cargo Project. The load was distributed on six items, weighing a total of 115,532 kgs and 640.79 m3. The port of loading was at Glasgow Port and the discharge was as Paita Port. The main challenges of the move were to transport the cargo from the Port of Paita to Talara Refinery. The route conditions were tough due to the high voltage electricity cables as well as the soft and uneven floors, such as light waves in some parts of the road. The load was higher than the electric cables, so it was necessary to temper or cut them, which was done with all the necessary safety measures, hand in hand with the police officers, who accompanied them from the Port of Paita to the Talara Refinery.
