On July 1, Klaipeda architects were celebrating their
professional festival and presented the best works of the last year to townspeople. Having
converted the city to a puzzle, some set sails to Denmark, others frizzled shashliks on
the native coast.
Every year architects of Vilnius and Kaunas depart to the voyage over the waves of the
Baltic Sea. The Klaipedians joined the colleagues already for the second year in a row and
set sails in the biggest yacht Lietuva participating in the action.
While some were fastening ropes and pulling sails, others demonstrated the knowledge of
small streets and corners of Klaipeda setting the city vision. After the great works on
architecture, the agency Vox Maris that organized the festival and brought together those
diligent Klaipedians right to the beach, brought a barrel of cold beer, spicy tasty meat
and some light jazz mingled with rustle of the sea… |
